The location is very central. Chancery Lane tube station is only five minutes away on foot. I received a complimentary drink upon arrival. Guests also get 25% off drinks and food when dining in the pub.

The busy road outside led to continuous traffic noise.

The room was small and stuffy, I thought. The shower needed unclogging before I used it. The hotel was overpriced for what I got.

The staff offered a complimentary drink upon my arrival. They were very helpful in providing directions to local attractions. My room had all the amenities needed for the duration of my stay. It was also very clean, comfortable and spacious.

The hotel is located on a busy street, so there was continuous noise from traffic, especially during the night. The sirens were quite loud. This made it a bit difficult to sleep soundly. It would be good to have better soundproofing.
